Welcome to Rundil Services (“Rundil”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use govern your use of rundil.com and all services provided by Rundil, including Cleaning Services, Tutoring Services, and Nanny Services (“Services”).
By using our website or booking any Services, you accept these Terms.

Rundil provides weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-off cleaning services for homes, apartments, offices, and Airbnb turnover cleaning. Deep cleaning is performed at the same hourly rate.
Rundil does not offer move-out or end-of-tenancy cleaning.
All cleaners are fully employed, insured, and vetted.
Rundil offers one-to-one tutoring at home and online in:
• Switzerland
• Germany
• France
• The Netherlands
These countries follow the same EU tutoring model.
For all other countries, Rundil provides online tutoring only, billed at Swiss tutoring rates.
Tutoring covers IB DP, MYP, CP, IGCSE, GCSE, A-Levels, Swiss Matura, Gymi preparation, Abitur, AP, and more.
Tutors are degree-qualified, vetted, and experienced.
Rundil provides nanny services through fully employed, insured, and vetted nannies, available for part-time or full-time childcare at home.

Requests submitted via WhatsApp or the nanny enquiry form.
We require schedule, children’s ages, responsibilities, and address.
Free cancellation until 17:00 the day before.
Free cancellation until 17:00 the day before the lesson.
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the shift.
Cancellations within 72 hours may be charged.
All services can be paused or stopped at any time, respecting the cancellation deadlines.
If you are unhappy with a cleaner, tutor, or nanny, Rundil will reassign another staff member promptly and at no cost.
If a cleaner or nanny accidentally damages an item:
• Coverage up to CHF 1,000 per household per year
• CHF 200 excess per claim
• Must be reported within 24 hours
Rundil does not cover negligence, pre-existing damage, or preventable incidents.
Rundil is not liable for exam results, academic outcomes, or grade performance.
You may not hire or work directly or indirectly with any current or past Rundil cleaner, tutor, or nanny for 12 months after service termination.
Breach fee: CHF 3,000.
Rundil offers two plans:
• For weekly or bi-weekly sessions
• Billed monthly in advance
• Hours cannot be carried over
• Billed monthly for hours used
• 12% administrative fee
• Ideal for irregular schedules
If you do not maintain weekly or bi-weekly lessons/cleanings/nanny sessions during the billing period, you are automatically moved to the Flexi Plan for that month.
• Weekly/Bi-weekly: CHF 41.50/h
• One-off/Monthly: CHF 44.50/h
• Extras (fridge, windows, oven, cabinets): CHF 22.50 each

One-off/ad-hoc tutoring sessions in Switzerland:
• CHF 20 fee per session, in addition to the hourly rate
• €58/h – Homework Help & Basic Languages
• €68/h – Better Understanding, Science, Maths, Exam Prep
• €83/h – Most Accomplished Tutors
• VAT rules vary by country
One-off/ad-hoc tutoring sessions in EU countries:
• €20 fee per session, in addition to the hourly rate
• Billed using Swiss rates (CHF 79–99/h)
• CHF 36/h – Rising Stars
• CHF 49/h – Experienced
• CHF 56/h – Most Accomplished
• VAT: 7.7%
Plans:
• Service Plan: monthly in advance
• Flexi Plan: monthly with 12% admin fee
Automatic transfer to Flexi Plan applies if weekly/bi-weekly schedule is not maintained.
Rundil accepts:
• Credit cards
• Bank transfer (on request)
• PayPal (on request)
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
If invoice is unpaid after 7 days:
• Late fee of CHF 50 per week
• Possible suspension of services
If unpaid for 4 weeks, Rundil may transfer the debt to a collection agency.
Customer becomes liable for:
• Overdue invoices
• Late fees
• Collection agency charges
• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the first service
• Unused hours refundable pro-rata
• Delivered sessions cannot be refunded
• Bespoke/customised services are non-refundable
Users must safeguard account credentials.
Prohibited actions include unlawful use, scraping, malicious uploads, and IP violations.
Accounts may be suspended for misuse.
Rundil collects only the data required to provide Services.
We do not sell personal data.
Cookies support core functionality and analytics.
Users may request data access or deletion, subject to legal obligations.

Rundil is not responsible for external sites or their policies.
To the fullest extent permitted under Swiss law:
• Rundil is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 1-month period
These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The courts of Zug, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction.
Rundil may update these Terms at any time.
The updated version will always be posted on this page.
