You can reschedule any booking for free at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. If you need to skip a booking within your Service Plan, we’ll credit the value of the booking to your account. You can use this credit on future services.
We charge you each month for your Service Plan. You can cancel your Service Plan anytime before your new Service Plan period starts.
