Rundil Tutoring operates in Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands. In Switzerland, tutors work at home or online across all cantons, with a strong presence in Zurich and Zug. In Germany and the Netherlands, tutoring is available at home or online. Students anywhere in the world can access online tutoring via the World (Online) booking option.

Rundil covers all major international curricula including IB Diploma (DP), IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), IGCSE, A-Levels, Swiss Matura, and Gymi entrance preparation. In the Netherlands, tutors also cover VWO, HAVO, VMBO, and TTO. All subjects are available at school, university, and adult learner level.

Tutor assignment typically takes 48–72 hours. Faster assignment may be possible depending on availability, but this cannot be guaranteed. Once a tutor is assigned, you will receive WhatsApp confirmation before your first session.

Rundil offers a full refund after any session if requested by the student. If you are not satisfied with your session for any reason, simply request a refund and it will be processed in full. This applies to all tutoring countries and curricula.

In Switzerland, tutoring rates start from CHF 79/hr for language and entry-level subjects, CHF 89/hr for experienced tutors, and CHF 99/hr for the most accomplished tutors. All rates exclude Swiss VAT (MwSt 8.1%), which is added on invoicing. At-home and online sessions are priced identically.

In Germany and the Netherlands, tutoring rates start from €58/hr for language and entry-level subjects, €68/hr for experienced tutors, and €83/hr for the most accomplished tutors. No VAT applies to Germany or Netherlands bookings.

Rundil offers two payment plans. The Tutoring Plan is billed monthly in advance with no admin fee. Pay As You Go is billed after completed sessions only, with a 12% admin fee. Payment methods include credit and debit cards, bank transfer (on request), and PayPal (on request).

The recommended session length is 1.5 hours per subject. This structure allows time for diagnosis, teaching, and exam-level practice within a single session. Two 1-hour sessions can be arranged as an alternative where preferred.

If a tutor is not the right fit, Rundil will assign a replacement without friction or additional cost. The satisfaction guarantee also applies — a full refund is available after any session if requested.

Both at-home and online tutoring are available, and both are priced identically. In Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands, tutors can travel to the student's home or deliver sessions online. Students outside these countries can book online tutoring via the World (Online) option.
