This includes all taxes and insurance. Based on your number of bedrooms and bathrooms we will make a suggestion of how many hours are required based on our experience. Be assured that you can change, add, reduce, or cancel at any time. We only ask you to let us know 24 hours before so we can tell your Cleaner. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will do our best to make it right. We will send another Cleaner free of charge.

- Our cleaners are handpicked, vetted and continuously trained to meet the highest standard.
- Based on the time and date of your request, we work to assign the best cleaner available.
- You will receive an email with details about your cleaner prior to your appointment.
- If you book a regular cleaning you will always have the same cleaner.
You can reschedule any booking for free at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. If you need to skip a booking within your Cleaning Plan, we’ll credit the value of the booking to your account. You can use this credit on future cleanings within the billing period.
We charge you each month for your Cleaning Plan. You can cancel your Cleaning Plan anytime before your new Cleaning Plan period starts.
